E Designs Jewelry may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. E Designs Jewelry may also change, add to, move or delete portions of our Site as needed.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, photographs and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by or properly licensed to E Designs Jewelry.
PRICING
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the gold market.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your product within 7 days. Returns can and may be refunded in the form of a store credit. This is up to E Designs to make this decision. We cannot accept returns of product over 7 days in your possession.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES
To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which E Designs Jewelry does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.
